Does OpenClaw use my personal WhatsApp or the official one?
Exclusively Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. It's the only safe path to avoid getting banned and to have business features (templates, green badge, multiple agents).
Do I need to know how to code?

Where is my customers' data stored?
